Not only did our sales rep stick with us and showed patience but he went above and beyond and kept in contact whether I sent a email or made a phone call I always got a answer or response generally that day. Leach has been helpful and informative and even took care of his customer by throwing in some extra goodies for free such as shipping insurance to a free light upgrade. John Leach was amazing! From the moment we began this process to the very end Mr. The whole process was simple even though we opted to purchase the bed out right and not finance. I recently purchased a solar storm 32r and love it. Let me first start off by saying good job. Also, I have been trying to work with their service dept, but told me he was only giving me until Friday 1/132023 in the afternoon to decide what I am doing. I have pictures from when the bed was dropped off & I contacted their customer service because the pallet was broken, & the box was messed up they told me to sign for the bed anyways because they would make it right. If you need pictures of anything, please let me know. This has made me lose business, revenue, & extra costs. Now my systems aren't working correctly so I have to pay more money to have the service technician work on getting my systems back up & running. The person I have been dealing with is I paid a $300 deposit, & $500 for a technician to come work on the bed. So, I am out everything in this situation. All I was asking them to do was come take their bed back & stop the payments from coming out since it isn't as advertised & they want me to pay for the shipping back, 25% restocking fee, & maintenance fee to have the bed taken back apart & put back in the boxes, then find and purchase a new pallet to have it shipped on. I would be happy to let them come pick up their bed & take it back since it is malfunctioning, the bulbs don't do what they say they should, no handle to help someone out of the bed, & if they grab the top to pull it closed or help themselves up it will slam closed on them because the shocks aren't correct for the bed and don't hold itself open. I need assistance resolving this issue so I can be done with this situation. I have tried to work with the company to send it back, but they want me to pay for the shipping & restocking fee even though it's their product that is the problem. I wasn't given all the details & the bed came to me not working properly. I recently ordered a tanning bed for commercial use from this company.
